Basics
Individual support, adapted to the needs and abilities of each child, is our focus. Participation is reflected in our attitude and our pedagogical concept as a common thread, in which we combine various pedagogical concepts into our own, mindful daycare concept.
Maria Montessori - "Help me to do it myself".
- The child drives growth and educational processes through his or her own strength.
- Educators create the conditions the child needs through a "prepared environment".
Emmi Pikler - "Give me time".
- According to Emmi Pikler's approach, infants are born competent and can take independent steps in the development of movement.
- Core elements to support this independence are free movement development, free play and relational care.
Marte Meo (Maria Aarts) - "By our own strength".
- Marte Meo is an approach for pedagogical professionals in early childhood education and support and supports them, among other things, through linguistic accompaniment of the action by educators, to better understand children and to support them in a more targeted way.
- Maria Aarts, the founder of Marte Meo, assumes that every child is born with initiative, a so-called "inner gold mine".
The basis of Kinderhut's educational areas are the 10 educational principles of North Rhine-Westphalia, which the daycare team uses as a "map" for their everyday work and experience with the children.
