Introduction/specifics

The Karolingerring nursery is located in the middle of the lively Südstadt, between Chlodwigplatz and Ulrepforte.

Rooms

The nursery consists of a beautiful bright group room, where the children also have their breakfast and lunch. In addition, there is a movement room as well as a sleeping room.
In addition, we have a kitchen, a separate changing area and sanitary areas for the children as well as our small courtyard.

Daily Schedule

The day starts at 7:30 a.m. in the group room, where we also offer the breakfast buffet for all children.

From here, the children can move on to free play.

At 9 a.m., we interrupt this with an open morning circle of about 10 minutes with songs and finger plays. Offers, project work or excursions, for example to the Volksgarten, mainly take place at this time.

At 11:30 a.m. our lunch starts.

Afterwards, the majority of the children begin the resting phase or the sleeping phase. Of course, a child may retire to rest and sleep at any time if necessary.

From 2 p.m. on, we offer a sliding snack. After that, most of the children go outside to play.

Food

We offer full-time catering in the form of a breakfast buffet, lunch and a snack in the afternoon.

Lunch is freshly prepared in a neighboring kindergarten and is based on the food pyramid.
