Introduction/specifics

Our children's everyday lives are increasingly dominated by performance and consumerism, over-scheduling and media. We try to counteract this with our concept by providing them with time and space to experience themselves as individuals or as group members with others and to help them express their creativity and imagination. We want to encourage and strengthen independence and a sense of responsibility by letting the children decide, plan and organise their own activities. A climate of trust and friendly interaction with each other promotes the children's self-confidence and self-esteem and is an important part of our centre. We enable the children to develop learning strategies that take into account both the learning of life contexts (coping with everyday life) and the promotion of expressive possibilities, inclinations and talents. Our building and our large outdoor area offer a variety of opportunities to play, move and discover. Our educational staff see it as their task to observe the children and to support and accompany them individually according to their stage of development. Our day care centre is part of the Catholic parish of St. Joseph and Remigius. The teaching of Christian values takes place in daily interaction. The religious festivals throughout the year are prepared and celebrated together. Would you like to know more? We will be happy to answer your questions.
